I showed her how to use the old calendar mail app.
(It allows this.) She's happy now.

...calendars in her office, but it is not 
allowing her to do so. This has been going on for 
about a month and a half now, and she is saying 
that now it is getting very important that this 
is fixed because she sets up appointments and 
things like that for everyone in her office.
