Rebooted the machine. Works now.

...other keys on the keyboard.(She thinks that 
she might have hit a wrong button with her nail 
to have caused this.)I put this at high priority 
because she does applictaions for the president 
and other important people she said, and she 
cannot do her job if her keyboard is not working 
correctly.
