Tricia Flaherty	Mar 02, 2006 03:42 PM	Okay off the bat I'm not gonna go running to search for a record when we need to get more info from user here...First ask user if the have anything more than a TRIAL license of Adobe Photoshop...If they believe they have purchased the fullversion then I need info like when, version, W# ordered for, Who ordered BUT when I look at the details of this request it SCREAMS that it is a file association issue and NOT a license issue when you associate a file with a trial version you must go and unassociate those file types when that expires...If it is a license they have purchased then it would be for me but there is no indication of that here	Add Attachment
