A bit hard to understand, but as I get it...  the 
machine fell over and now it isn't working 
correctly.  The mouse isn't showing up on the 
screen and there was something about a "shaking 
light".  I'm thinking the connections in the back 
probably got a little skewed.  If tightening them 
doesn't fix the problem...  well, good luck.  She 
said she cannot use her computer and would like 
the task higher prioritized.
