I took a look at her machine and it looks like the
banner app is loading fine so the problem probably
needs to be passed on to the banner team. I'll
give Mona a call back when she gets back from lunch.

she is going to try it in firefox, and she would

we had cleared the cache and she could see the 
login, but it won't let her back in.  She had 
that same problem before.  yesterday she just 
kept trying to relogin and after about 10 times 
it finally worked
