Firefox is working for her. I have a feeling
fixing the IE issue may entail a machine rebuild.

called and left message:  we need blocks of time
when the machine will be available (during the
day, and either the office open or the computer
not in use so we can remote to it.  she will need
to be logged on for part of it so either she needs
to leave it logged in, or be available to log in.)

This is the same problem she has had in the past. 
Everytime she tries to add an attatchment, her 
computer freezes.
