called him, it happened around the noon hour.  I
told him the anti-virus runs at that time and has
been known to bog down machines.  Offered to have
the time changed he said that it was fine, he was
glad that there was a reason it was acting funny.
 i told him that if it did it at an unusual time
to let us know and we'd run some tests.

I was unable to notice anything out of the
ordinary when I dameweared into his machine.  He
already had an instance of firefox opened and the
CPU and Memory usage looked pretty normal.  I
called and asked him to call us back if he is
still having the problem.

He says he only has firefox open and it his 
computer is running over half capacity. Making it 
go really slow.
