Annette called back and said that they had 
resolved the problem. Turns out the network cable 
was knocked out of its socket in the wall.

While she was typing a word document something 
went wrong. Now she can not log into anything or 
open any applications. "Page can not be 
displayed" and   'Unexpected internall error' 
and "Ip adress incorrect"   She tried restarting 
more than once but still the same problems.
