have short-cuts to banner. printers.

that WOU# is from Don Naggiar's machine... not in
student health...

Other users need to be able to access banner and 
other applications on the machine. Diane thinks 
that the applications were only installed for one 
user, Patty Dutcher, who is a temp that only uses 
that machine part of the time. The WOU # given is 
that of the machine with the problem.
