Problem was that it didn't have correct fonts.
Copied Times New Roman fonts from Windows\Fonts
folder to Adobe\Fonts folder.

All documents are located in 
H:class/he426_526/classorganization/researchprojec
tinfo/calcium sample paper -- that is one that is 
not working at all. The documents are both ones 
he created and others he got off the internet and 
it isn't one or the other that isn't working.
