I called and left a voicemail.  Basically I was
asking for what joe asked for below, also most
importantly has she tried to print since this, and
has it worked?

We need to find out: Date(s) and approx time(s). 
Application she was using when this occurs.  Lots
of pictures? I can pull her print history to see
what got sent through successfully.  She has a
number of docs that DID go through.  So printing
does appear to work for her (just like everyone
else :-)

computer comes up with blue screen "There is a 
problem and Windows has shut down before any 
damage could be done."  Only happens when she 
hits the printer button and says okay.  Goes to 
that screen, nothing prints and machine shuts 
down.  This has happened on more than one machine 
for her, the above listed is just the latest.
