returning

computer is under Ronni's desk in laptop case. 
ready to go back.

cdtray won't open.  tried a different one in the
bay and it worked fine.  used 'tool' to open cdrom
and it seems fine except that part of the metal on
the bottom catches when opening or closing.  Dell

They called back and said that what you told them 
to do did not work.

Student worker Ruzha called and said that this 
laptop was returned in this condition. She pushed 
the button to make the drawer open and she said 
it makes the normal noise, like it is trying to 
open, but it won't open.
