she would like a call before someone remotely

couldn't figure out from her which was the 
correct icon, she said the techs could figure it 
out.  one icon gives popup to select firefox 
profile.  She wants that one to simply open IE 
(probebly into email).  the other opens into "old 
email" but she can peruse the internet from there.
