He called back and is really hoping that the two 
error messages do not open while he logs onto 
Banner everytime. If this is something he has to 
live with then he said ok he said. But he justs 
wants to know either way. Thanks

Got a hold of him. He wanted to know if it was
normal for a couple messages to come up while
opening banner. I told they are going to pop up
but it shouldn't effect the way banner runs.

After downloading the JRE and installing it from
desktop he's able to get into Banner, but it gives
him these two error boxes every time. He's
wondering if there's a way to get rid of these.
