This is a mac and she says she is trying to 
update windows, it asks for her WOu user log in 
and pass word. She says she has tried she tried 
to use her rabornj login but does not work.. Also 
she had a cd burning issue, no cd icon appears on 
the desk top when she inserts a blank dsic I 
tunes pops up but she is not burning music cd's
