Told her to do it all over again but save it to 
desktop instead of slecting open. Told her to 
call bck because I had a request open. She did 
has not called. So closing the request.

She tried the new way and it asks her to "run 
java" she clicks on that and ends up in her C- 
drive and can not do anything at that point. I 
had her try exiting all her windows and 
reentering banner but that did not help her.
