Justine called back and says she is here mon-fri 8-5 
but she does have appointments throughout the
week. She will be in until 5 today and  before
11am tomorrow. Otherwise call her to find out if
she is  in or not. She also admitted that the
information she gave previously was an exageration
and she had was not sure why we were calling her.
She thought it might have something to do with her
computer. After pulling up the task and refreshing
her memory she was not sure if it has happened at
all today but she remebers it did happen
frequently before.

She can log back in but says it happens too 
often. She will be helping and in the midle of 
thier session it locks up then she has to restart 
log in and it takes time.
