the printer wasn't currently housing a job to
print... so if there is no job to print... you
can't cancel a job.

I updated this because she called back and said 
that she tried following the steps that were left 
on her message, but the only options she had was 
to restart her printer, not 'cancel job'.

going into the job menu and 'cancel job' really
stops it from being tied up but seem more like a
temp work around a much bigger problem.

they seem to tinker with that printer alot... they
say it will just hang at a job so the delete it
out of the queue...(bad) and they restart the
printer and it will still say busy network.

Pandora printer, does not print pdf's, word docs. 
or anything else they have tried. More then 1 
person can ot print to this printer.
