Had her adjust the power options from the control
panel. Had her turn off sleep and hibernation.

She says it has happened 3 times today and it is 
interrupting her work, needs it fixed asap. The 
monitor goes blank and the machine stops making 
noise. She says she has to push the flashing 
power button once, then wait, and press it again 
for the machine to come back on.
