I sent her an e-mail asking if the printer was
plugged in and on. I also asked her to call back
with her correct phone info.

The screen on the printer is blank.  She said 
that this has happened before.  This printer is 
located in CH 311. And she said that this is one 
of the printers that are not hooked up to the 
print credit system. Thanks
