I reopened this one because she called back and
said that the computer that was fixed and
returned to her will not turn on at all. She is
hoping for another thin client while hers gets
worked on again. She needs this very soon because
she works solely from her computer. Thanks

We swapped the power supply out. It ran for
several hours without a problem. Machine has been
delivered.

long it takes for the machine to go into the

She's called in again and the problem is still
occuring. She was wondring if she could get a thin
client to work on while this machine is being
fixed. She said it's shutting down after a few
seconds this time.

She called again and sasy it is original problem,
it is quiter, fan sputters a little, maybe runs
for a minute and then turns off.
She makes it sound like it is something that must
be worked on right away.

she was walked through some power settings before
by someone at service request and those changes
don't seem to be affecting this problem. It
happens while she is working as well as when she
walks away from computer. There is no error or
warning msg it just simple turns off and front
light goes from green steady to orange flashing.
She mentioned very loud fan noise as well
