had her tighten cables... working fine

She said she turned the monitor on and off, but 
it was still showing strange images and not 
working correctly. I suggested that she check to 
make sure that it was plugged all the way into 
her machine and she said that it looked likt it 
was. She said she had not tried restarting her 
machine yet.
