Connected remotly after I realized he wasn't
there... his H drive was connected... not sure how
to proceed I will complete and flag for easier
recovery

One of the techs fixed his computer by logging on 
and doing some work, now he cant get to his H 
drive, and it gives him the mentioned message, 
this is the only reason that he can think of that 
his would happen
