I called him and I told him that he needs to log
into his local account.

He came back into the office and reported the same
problems were occuring. Did a registry clean. He
said he would like My Documents to be located on
his local machine. I explained to him that if we
do this and his hard drive fails we will not be
able to recover his data. He verified that he
understood this and said that he would handle his
own backups on his own personal external hard
drive at home. I am unable to change the default
save location for My Documents, I suspect that the
location is being enforced by network policy.

I deleted his prefetch and changed VM to machine
handled
