Printer says "error unexpected paper size" it
doesn't seem to give them an option for 8.5/11
only A4.  The A4 is about 1.5 times normal paper
size and this selection seems to be causing the
jam up.  They would like the settings changed to
automatically know the paper is 8.5/11 so that it
wont jam every other piece.
