Called her. She said it was a specific color in an
area on the printed material that wasn't color
matching correctly. Unfortunatly we can't do
anything about color matching, thats all printer
manufacturer. She said not to worry about, she has
moved on.

SHe said that the only changes to her computer or 
printer was the update and thinks that might have 
something to do with the color problems. The 
colors are off, but the printer stills prints 
fine.
