Uninstalled third party search bars and installed
Windows Defender. Set it to automatically delete
spyware and started a full scan. She's going home,
so she'll checkit in the morning.

The actual error message is "local device name is 
already in use". You can access the machine 
anytime, Karleen will know to let you in the 
office.
