Joe, or anyone who might be able to help -
 
One of our G5s, 20031175[Edit Inv], has a strange problem.  
I've talked to Joe about this before, and I 
thought it was resolved but it's still 
happening:  iMovie stops importing video at 
9:53.  Can we have this system wiped and all the 
programs reinstalled?
