the computer has 256MB of ram in it now but it 
works.  When we get the ram in we will put it in 
the machine, but for now go ahead and give it 
back. it is by the door (next to the fire 
extinguisher)

The comp from 132 had a task created for it
(14686). Has bad ram, its in the office waiting
for parts.

ran updates, didn't have a problem with it myself.
 he'll call if he has a problem again
(meanwhile...  I'm going ot hunt down the second
machine which apparently was brought to UCS and
find out if anyone knows whats going on.)

he called back and said that the computer won't
let him load Windows correctly and the computer
shuts itself down, another person in the office is
having the same problem (identical machines SH123
across the hall from 133.  problematic machines
one in each office...)

 If he choses to close the program the error 
message pops up 3 or 4 more times and then 
restarts itself. This is erasing the things that 
he is working on and he hopes he can get help 
with this soon.  The computer is located in SH
