purchase an Office 2003 licence for the second
machine. She said she'll put a purchase order in.

20020194[Edit Inv] is the system she'd like to have
publisher installed on. 20030733[Edit Inv] needs it
uninstalled. She'd like to be notified ahead of
time so she can move her files etc. before the
uninstall/install is done.
