she had adobe acrobat 5 installed as well as
reader 7.0 acrobat 5 uninstalled issue resolved.

Karla called back and said one of us (techs?) 
called her but did not leave a message. Since 
there was no message I don't know how she would 
know we called. She did not know who called her. 
I don't know who called her but she did call the 
helpdesk  so I am letting you know.
