She left an audix on the tech phone...
program/device is still not working.  Would like a
call back to get this figured out. (She specified
Scott but was not adamant about only having Scott
help her)

Roxio was unable to read the .wav file. It won't
play it, read it, burn it. Windows Media player
will play it, but will not burn it.

I installed Roxio which should have been on there
and told her to use that.
