Walked over. The office was locked and nobody was
around.

I believe this was the laptop that coffee was
spilled on, we may not be able to recreate the
exact error but we should probably run a diagnostic.

some times she will be available for us to take a
look at the problem.

She said her computer was worked on about a week
ago, but she doesn't know if that has anything to
do with it. The message says "hardware
malfunction, contact vendor".
