I think its finished...  I loaded two spyware
removal programs updated and ran both.  did
windows updates too.  created new request for Paul
to check on internet speed.  Deleted old profiles,
downloaded games, every cookie I could find... etc.

network settings are
slooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow...  reset them
to auto and lost dameware, dropping packets etc.
