added her to the admin list on the machine.  She
has the SR # and will call to have this reopened
in the event that she still has problems.

She shares Diane's computer for half the day, but 
she is unable to print from it. The wou# is 
20040560[Edit Inv]. When she right clicks on the appt. 
program, the "make appt" option is not 
highlighted, so she can't select it.
