Called her....asked her if she's speaking of the
3-paned mail or is it after dbl-clicking on the msg.

When she clicks on an email in the "sent 
messages" folder she gets a message saying "This 
message from Denise Visuano has not been 
downloaded from the server." She needs to be able 
to print out bids she has sent for the office, 
but she can't view them. The info at the top of 
the message (sent to, subject...) is there, but 
this message replaces the body of the email.
