I plugged her into the network and she was able to
log in just fine. I'm assuming this is the first
time she was logging into this laptop with her
mash login.

called, left message.  1. is it plugged into a
known good jack, 2. does the third option down on
the login screen say MASH (if there is no third
option there is a button in the lower corner that
will display it), 3. if the domain says aviation
then we need to migrate it

She says it is an emergency because she has a 
conferrence tomorrow and needs it for that. She 
has classes most of the day today but can bring 
the laptop in at noon.
