the ball is now in their court.  Nothing has
changed from last week.  I tried on 2 different
machines.  It's down to the device.

She has a PC downloaded on the Y: (Wolf on Rador) 
She called and talked to Ron and he told her that 
this was probably a Joe Crowe issue. So I put 
this under UCS support just in case Joe could not 
get to it. Thanks
