The library called back and said that the student 
actually wants all 3 jobs printed out. The 
students name is Valerie Roe #503-999-4371.

She was hoping that someone could remotely fix 
this. The student has 3 jobs in the cue, but they 
are all the same so she needs only one printed 
out. Amy from the library said that she will get 
the students info so when the pages are printed 
they can be held for the student. I told her to 
do this because someone might not be able to get 
to the task right away.
