Its a known issue with adobe reader. She needs to
use the adobe print icon.

She would like this done ASAP (suprise) since she
has a lot of printing she needs to do today.

the printer was printing just fine earlier this
morning, but she hadn't tried to print a pdf. The
problem may be with Adobe rather than the printer.
Not sure.
