She's called in to check on this because she has
several projects that she needs her student
workers to get done and they can't do them without
banner access.

She has some student workers that need to get on 
banner to do some work, but when they try to 
connect, they come up with a blank page, and it 
says "done" in the bottom corner of the screen. 
She has tried old and new passwords.
