We still need to add the usernames of the students
to Karen Sullivan-Vance's permissions list.  (I
expect they are in there as username@wou.edu.  The
@wou.edu part is what is keeping it from actually
working)

Left message for Karen.  We need her WOU#, and a
time when we can remote into her machine to take
care of the problem (she will need to be logged
on, and have email up and running).  Fellow Techs:
 The problem is that they are useing the students'
full email addresses, try putting in their
usernames (leave out the @wou.edu) and grant
permissions.  This should take care of the problem.

client/student and is in an office where she won't
be interrupted...  will check her side of the
calendar things via remote

The WOU number is from the front desk which is the
system the students are using.

Double checked email address. She said it's the
one she uses. She didn't want to leave WOU number.
Said that the problem wasn't with her or her
machine but with the student's email accounts.
Wasn't happy so I didn't push the issue.

Hi Joe,

We are still having difficulties with the Peer
Advisors in the Academic Advising and Learning
Center when they log in under their own accounts.
Two of them are unable to access our calendars
even though we have given access. This would be
acollin (Andrew Collins) and mscott (Megan Scott).
Is there something you need to do on your end in
order for them to see and make changes to our
calendars? They can see them but it just tells
them we are busy and will not allow them to add or
make changes. Thanks so much for your help. We
really want to ensure the security of our files
and would like the Peer Advisors to be able do
their jobs.
