I called Karen one more time.  I've closed this
task and flagged.

Karen is going to call next week when her sched.
clears up and set up a appt. to have us talk her
through setting up the permissions.

Hi Joe,

We are still having difficulties with the Peer
Advisors in the Academic Advising and Learning
Center when they log in under their own accounts.
Two of them are unable to access our calendars
even though we have given access. This would be
acollin (Andrew Collins) and mscott (Megan Scott).
Is there something you need to do on your end in
order for them to see and make changes to our
calendars? They can see them but it just tells
them we are busy and will not allow them to add or
make changes. Thanks so much for your help. We
really want to ensure the security of our files
and would like the Peer Advisors to be able do
their jobs.
