Talked her through disabling/enabling her network
connection. She can get to the internet now.

I reopened this because she called back with a 
problem that relates to this task.  After her 
computer was fixed, she realized that she cannot 
get into her e-mail. She clicks on the icon 
and "Page cannot be displayed" shows up. Thanks
