They needed to upgrade acrobat 6 pro to acrobat 7
pro. Did that. They can work with the pdf files
successfully now. Ligoy put in the order to have a
license purchased for 7 pro.

This is the machine they use to scan or send out 
documents.  I guess they can't use other machines 
for this function.  It has been happening a lot 
lately.
