the machine just needed to be rebooted.

It tells him that they will load a temp profile. 
When his computer does that. it brings up a 
totally different desktop and treats him like he 
is loggging into the computer for the first time
(it is asking him to create settings for his 
computer) He needs this fixed ASAP because he has 
alot to do on his computer this morning.
