sent email.  sounds like TRC can better help her.
 took a look at word and could find no solution,
as it is a settings problem I sent her an email
with TRC's info.

When doris gets into a word document she has to 
go into View and set everything back to what she 
wants with markup. whenever she starts everything 
is red and set to the left.
