I was able to print this just fine by using 
the "printable" button in communications express"

She recieved a recipt in her email from circut 
city for a purchase of batteries and a voice 
recorder. When she tries to print this she gets 
nothing, and then about 30 pages of blank 
document. She then tried forwarding it to Jean 
Dean, and Jean had the exact same problem. The 
email was forwarded to the helpdesk email, and 
can be looked at there login ucshelpdesk, 
password help.
