New problem now entered as task:15580, so I am
just attaching the info. here:

When she is trying to submit a job to Word, it 
will say that the document type is not supported. 
She has called before about it, with different 
problems.

DSF was never installed. She has a shortcut to the
website so she can upload and convert files but
she is unable to print using the DSF printer.

I tried installing it but for some reason it
refuses to install the driver, the port installs
just fine.

She said that it isn't very high priority but she
would like it working within the next month.

This task said that it was completed, but there 
was no new note about it. She was wondering if it 
was fixed a second time. She never got a 
verification call or e-mail. Thanks

I am reopening this because when she tried 
sending over a Microsoft Publisher file to the 
print shop, it didn't convert, they had to do it 
manually.
