defragged drive... got programs to open pretty
well, only one file wouldn't open in dreamweaver.
was able to get it viewed in IE, she is going to
recreate the file (was too big for DW)

Called back and said that yes her computer is 
still freezing. She still needs someone to come 
and help her she said. Thanks

She said to call her if she is needed. No error 
signs show up, and yesterday her computer was 
fine.
