The network cable is really loose in the hub box, 
and it falls out. She temporarily fixed it by 
jiggling the cable and plugging it back into the 
hub, but it is still a problem.

She has no network connection.  It sopunds like 
the plugs needs to be reseated again.  She (the 
student) was unable to identify the hub to do 
this.
